Q1. How does the Frontier Referral Rewards work?

A1. With EACH referral, Frontier Referral Rewards allows customers to earn up to $150 in bill credits ($15 per month for 10 months) by referring their friends and family who then sign up with Frontier for their Internet, and or other Phone, TV or Frontier Secure. Once your friends and family successfully sign up for a Frontier service, then both you and your friends and family will receive up to $150 in bill credits ($15 per month for 10 months). Bill credits will be applied to your bill starting 30 days after your friends and family have signed up for Frontier service. Bill credits will be issued over a 5 or 10 month period depending on how many services your friends and family signed up for when becoming customers. Bill credits will not be issued as a one-time event. Depending on your billing cycle, it could take up to 2 months before you begin to receive your bill credits.

Q2. Who receives the bill credit when I refer friends and family to Frontier?

A2. You and your friends and family will start to receive monthly (for either 5 or10 months) bill credits from Frontier starting 30 days after they become a Frontier customer. Depending on your billing cycle, it could take up to 2 months before you begin to receive your bill credits.

Q3. I am a Frontier customer; can I participate in the Frontier Referral Rewards?

A3. Yes, all current Frontier customers may participate in the Frontier Referral Rewards. Once your friends and family become new Frontier customers they will also have the ability to actively participate in the Frontier Referral Rewards. Referred customer must also be in Frontier territory to qualify for the program.

Q4. How long does the Frontier Referral Rewards run?

A4. This program is ongoing. You may refer new customers to Frontier for a bill credit as long as you continue to receive your services and remain in good standings with Frontier. Frontier can end the program at any time.

Q5. After my friends and family activate their Frontier service (e.g. Internet, and or Phone, TV or Frontier Secure) how many days do we have to wait in order for both of us to receive a bill credit?

A5. Your friends and family must remain active customers for 30 days after activating their new Frontier service(s). Once the 30 day period has been met, you and your friends and family will both start receiving bill credits towards your monthly bill, starting with your next bill.

Q6. What is an eligibility date?

A6. An eligibility date is 30 days after the referred customer activates his or her new Frontier service. Depending on your billing cycle, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for your bill credits to start showing on your bill.

Q7. It has been 30 business days past my friend's eligibility date and I have not received my bill credit. Who do I contact to track my credit?

A7. The status of your bill credit will be available online at Frontier.com/referral. If it has been past 30 business days from the eligibility date and you have not received your bill credit, please contact the Frontier Referral Rewards team at 1-844-FTR-REFR. However, depending on your billing cycle, it could take up to 2 month before you begin to receive your bill credits.

Q8. I checked the status of my credit on Frontier.com/referral and it shows I've received my credit but my account does not show the credit. Who do I contact to resolve?

A8. If your status shows your bill credits have started and you have not received your first bill credit on your Frontier bill, please contact the Frontier Referral Rewards team at 1-844-FTR-REFR. However, depending on your billing cycle, it could take up to 2 months before you start receiving your bill credits.

Q9. I receive an error when trying to JOIN the Frontier Referral Rewards. Who do I contact to resolve?

A9. If you receive an error message when trying to JOIN the Frontier Referral Program, please contact the Frontier Referral Rewards team at 1-844-FTR-REFR.

Q10. My friend sent in my referral code, but he received a message from Frontier that the referral code was invalid. Who do I contact to research?

A10. If your referral code is not working, please contact the Frontier Referral Rewards team at 1-844-FTR-REFR.

Q11. I changed my Frontier Billing Telephone Number. How do I get my bill credits applied to my new account?

A11. To remain active in the Frontier Referral Program you must keep the same Billing Telephone Number (BTN #) that you had when you joined the Frontier Referral Rewards.

Q12. I can't log in to view my referral status on Frontier.com/referral.

A12. If you have a different phone number than when you joined the referral program, you will not be able to view your referral status online. If your phone number is the same as when you joined but you can't see your status, please contact the Frontier Referral Rewards team at 1-844-FTR-REFR.

Q13. I'm a new Frontier customer and just found out about the Frontier Referral Rewards. Can I get rewarded?

A13. While you do not qualify under the terms of this program, you can save money on your next bill by signing up and referring your friends and family. Go to Frontier.com/referral and start referring your friends and family to the program to start saving.

Q14. Can I refer ALL of my friends and family through the Frontier Referral Rewards?

A14. There is no limit to the number of friends and family you refer. However not all Frontier services may be available where they live. The bill credits qualify only on orders for new customers to Frontier (who do not have Frontier services currently). Referred customer must also be in Frontier territory to qualify for the program.

Q15. How does Frontier contact my Friends and family once I refer them?

A15. Frontier will send out personalized emails to your friends and family indicating you referred them and that each of you can save on your bill when they sign up for Frontier services. They are asked to call us at 1-844-FTR-REFR to review our products offerings available in their area.

Q16. How do I know which friends and family purchased a Frontier service?

A16. Simply visit Frontier.com/referral, log in with your user ID (your email address) and password you created. You can check the status of any referral at any time.

Q17. When will I see my bill credit on my monthly bill statement?

A17. Frontier will start applying the qualifying bill credits to the referring customer's bill 30 days after your friends and family have become new customers. Depending on your billing cycle, it could take up to 2 months before you begin to receive your bill credits.

Q18. What if my new Friends and family just signed up for Frontier services? Can I still get a bill credit?

A18. No. To receive a bill credit, qualifying orders must be taken by our Frontier Referral Rewards representative and is only for customers who do not have Frontier services at the time the order is taken. Frontier will indicate on your referral report at Frontier.com/referral that a friend or family is existing a customer and does not qualify.

Q19. How do I submit a referral if I don't have an email address?

A19. You must have a valid email to participate in this referral program.

Q20. I didn't get my bill credit. What do I do?

A20. First, log in to Frontier.com/referral. Check the status of the referral in question to see if it is completed or bill credit has been applied. There will be a short waiting period between when the credit is applied and when you receive your next bill. If you do not see the credits after 2 billing periods, please let us know by calling us at 1-844-FTR-REFR.

Q21. Is there a limit on the amount of bill credits I can receive for referring my friends and family through the Frontier Referral Reports program?

A21. The Frontier Referral Reward program's bill credit eligibility limit is $599.00 in a calendar year. Federal law requires that any customer receiving bill credits in the amount of $600 or more in a single calendar year will receive a 1099 tax form from Frontier. You as the Customer will be required to provide your valid social security number at the time any credit exceeds $599 in a calendar year. Qualifying bill credits over $599 in a calendar year will not be awarded until the customer provided all information required to generate a 1099 form. Q22. What if my Friends and family cancels their Frontier services?

A22. In order to continue to receive the bill credit rewards, your friends and family referral must remain Frontier customers.
